Our challenge was to maximize the operational yield of the hotel without compromising its charming, historic structural integrity.

Bespoke Furniture Design for Restricted Spaces

To overcome the spatial limitations, our principal architect, Junyi, led our team in a "Bespoke Restoration" strategy. We custom-designed every piece of furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) from scratch. By creating tailored, period-accurate furnishings that slotted perfectly into the narrow spaces, we were able to provide modern comfort—such as integrated lighting and refined storage—while visually expanding the tight rooms.
